Miller Mobile Home Furnace

Miller Ultraflex Electric Mobile Home Furnace

The Utraflex line offers zero clearance, which means that combustible material can actually be touching the furnace without danger. You have two or four speed capacity, and the ability to connect and air conditioner sized up to three or four tons. The heating elements are also made out of Nichrome for durability. They work with self contained or split system heat pumps and air conditioners. They even have an automatic air damper. The units are capable of an output between 35,000 and 76,000 BTUh. Another nice feature of these furnaces is that they use circuit breakers rather than fuses.

Miller Gas Mobile Home Furnace

Miller makes the ultra pilot system that basically eliminates outages, and if one happens to occur, it will automatically shut off the gas. Speaking of shutting off the gas, the units include two shut-off valves to make absolutely positively sure that gas is off. They also offer a number of air conditioning ready furnaces, including the standard 80% AFUE, and the high efficiency 90%+ AFUE models. The CMF model allows you to use either oil or gas as fuel (using the correct parts of course). These units come with a multi speed blower, and heat exchanger built with titanium killed steel. The oil models include Beckett burners. Output ranges from 56,000 to 72,000 BTUh. The M1 series are sealed combustion systems, which means they draw air and vent air directly outside. They come ready from the factory for a 2 to 5 ton an air conditioner. They also include special high-efficiency drum heat exchangers.

Miller Mobile Home Furnace Warranty

Nordyne offers a warranty product called the Watchdog Protection Plan, which covers labor and parts replacement. There’s no deductible, you get priority service from Miller contractors, and the factory backed warranty is faster than a normal home warranty.

*Important note*: If you are replacing a Miller furnace made between 1962 and 1979 there may be a problem with the roof jack which could corrode and block the venting system, causing the carbon monoxide danger. Miller will replace the roof jack for free. You can read the full text on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Website.

There are a variety of flexible solutions that ensure a Miller mobile home furnace will meet the needs of a variety of homeowners.
